Adherence to terminology

When we take on a translation, we’re careful to work within the parameters you define for us. We’re happy to keep your message on brand and to the point using requested terminology. Though it may seem logical, the use of correct terminology is vitally important. Not only does it prevent mistakes, it also helps with the understanding of the text. Therefore, we maintain relevant terminology databases to which we refer when translating for regular clients.

Strict observance of deadlines

Your time is important. Your deadlines are sacred.

We will deliver on time, every time.

Second translator/editor

At Go Dutch Translation, we literally go Dutch. Every translation project that lands on our desk is a collaborative effort. We share the work half and half, with our opposite language pairs ensuring full understanding of the source language and an accurate rendition of your meaning in the target language.

Your work will never leave our office without it being checked (and then re-checked) by a second translator/editor. It’s the very nature of our business – by working in an opposite language team, we are constantly bouncing ideas off one another and engaging in translation quality assurance even while we are working. This means 100% comprehension of your text, guaranteeing a flawless end result for any audience.

Quality guarantee

We believe in the quality of our work and stand behind it. If you are unsatisfied with our work for any reason, we will:

  • not charge for reasonable edits and adjustments;
  • offer several translation options (sometimes we’ll need more context or we can better convey your meaning by slightly tweaking the cultural references you make).

If you are still not satisfied after our adjustments, we may pay for the services of an outside proofreader on a case-by-case basis.
